兰州精新电源设备有限公司成立于1993年,长期致力于工业、农业、军工、科研等离子体激发各类特种电源研制与生产,先后承担中科院近代物理所“重离子加速器”、中科院高能所“正负电子对撞机”、中科院应用物理所“第三代同步光源加速器”、中科院等离子所“托卡马克”磁约束核聚变装置等国家大科学工程。为离子加速、磁场扫描、聚焦,磁场约束等离子体激发提供千余台特种电源。经多年技术创新,经验积累,现将这一技术移植到等离子体材料表面处理工业领域,获得突破性进展。采用现代数字控制技术“DSP+FPGA”作为电源控制核心,彩色液晶屏操控界面,配置RS-485通信口,研制出高离化率、高沉积率、膜层致密、洁净度好的电源,全面满足所有材料表面处理领域,并与相关工艺完美匹配,且能无缝集成到任何系统设计理念之中,无论单极磁控还是双极磁控工艺,反应溅射工艺还是金属溅射工艺,绝缘靶材还是导电靶材,我们的电源都能长时间稳定运行。并配合自研灭弧管理系统,使之原本优良的工艺稳定性得到进一步提高。现已为包括清华、北大、南大在内百余所大学和中航科工集团,中航发动机集团等数十科研院所提供数百台材料表面处理电源。几十年来,兰州精新电源设备有限公司不仅提供了满足用户工艺要求,经济高效所需的高品质电源,电源整体结构上也为用户所需设计了小型模块式,19"机架式,桌面式和独立式机柜,提供更宽广的功率范围,应用于科研、生产之中从而获得无与伦比的灵活性和冗余能力。Founded in 1993, Lanzhou Jingxin Power Supply Co., Ltd. has long been committed to the development and production of various special power sources in agriculture, military and scientific research plasma. We have successfully built the "heavy ion accelerator" for the Institute of modern physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the "Positron Collider" for the Institute of high energy of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the "third generation synchronous light source accelerator" of the Institute of Applied Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the plasma accelerator for the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the "Tokamak" magnetic confinement fusion device and other national large scientific projects. More than one thousand special power supplies have been built for ion acceleration, magnetic scanning, focusing and plasma excitation under magnetic field confinement.After many years of technological innovation and experience accumulation, this technology has now been transferred to the field of plasma material surface treatment industry and made a breakthrough. With modern digital control technology "DSP + FPGA" as the power control core, color LCD control interface, RS-485 communication port, a power supply with high separation rate, high deposition rate, dense film layer and good cleanliness is developed, which fully meet the requirements of all material surface treatment fields, perfectly match with relevant processes, running stably, and can be seamlessly integrated into any systems like single pole, magnetron/bipolar magnetron technology, reactive sputtering/metal sputtering technology, and insulation target/conductive target.With the help of self-developed arc extinguishing management system, the original excellent process stability is further improved.At present, we have provided thousands of material surface treatment power supply for more than 100 universities including Tsinghua University, Peking University and NaNTU, as well as dozens of scientific research institutes such as AVIC science and engineering group and AVIC power generation group.For decades, Lanzhou Jingxin Power Supply Co., Ltd. has not only provided high-quality power supply to meet the user's technological requirements, but also designed small modular, including 19 "rack type, desktop type and independent cabinet for the overall structure of the power supply, providing a wider power range, which can be applied in scientific research and production to obtain unparalleled flexibility and redundancy.
